Discovery
We start by understanding your space, your brand, and exactly what you need — in person wherever possible. Then we put it in writing: itemised scope and cost, before any work begins. You approve the number before we start, and the number you approve is the number you pay.
You receive: a clear written proposal — scope, materials, and cost, itemised.
Design
We design each piece to belong in your space, not sit on top of it — matched to your interior, your materials, and how the space is actually used. Where an interior designer is involved, we coordinate directly, so nothing clashes and nothing is duplicated.
You receive: a considered design and material plan, refined with you until it's right.
Craft
The piece is made to a standard you can feel — materials and finishing chosen for how they'll age, not just how they quote. Nothing leaves our hands that isn't right. This is where the shokunin standard lives.
You receive: a finished piece, made to last, checked before it reaches you.
Handover
We install or deliver, and then it's yours — fully. Where a piece is updatable, we hand over the means to control it yourself. Your files, your accounts, your domain where one applies. Nothing held back, nothing held over you.
You receive: the finished work, full ownership, and everything you need to keep it current.
